The comfy beds and premium bedding made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. And let's not forget the 24-hour room service – it was so convenient, especially when I wanted a late-night snack. The air conditioning was a blessing, keeping the room cool even during the hot summer days. I felt like a VIP in these luxurious rooms.

Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike about my stay at Beau Rivage. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the flat-screen TV in the room was a bit small for my liking.

I chose this hotel for a business consultation because it offers six elegant meeting rooms on-site that can accommodate up to 220 people. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a professional atmosphere for my meetings.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide a dedicated business center. Having access to a fully equipped business center would have been helpful for printing documents and conducting additional work-related tasks.

Arranged for dinner for my daughter's 18th birthday dinner.

My daughter invited 3 of her school friends back to our room at 4am in the morning to crash on the floor as my daughter did not want them to go home at that time. The girls slept on the floor and couch and id not use the facility. On check out early the next morning as I had a flight to Amman early from Zurich, the manager added $300.00 supplement for the 3 girls and when questioned about, became indignant and insisted that they discussed this with my daughter the night before. My daughter is very frugal and would have mentioned this to me. I questioned her infront of the night manager and she insisted that she was not told. After much discussions, which was not good, the manager reluctantly relented. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and felt that I treated like a criminal. This is not good and I will not be staying at this facility again and will be telling all of my friends of this treatment.

The standard double room was fabulous and delightful, with a safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar. The staff was very helpful and really helpful, always on hand when needed.

The staff here were super efficient, and everything was great. Being in a central location was a big bonus. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from, like Fiorello, which is just a 5-minute walk away! 🍽️

This venue is beautifully located near restaurants and a boardwalk; the staff here is attentive, the room is nicely decorated, clean, and the bed is very comfortable.

The staff in the hotel was very friendly, caring. Food in the restaurant is excellent.

loved my stay in neuchatel! beau rivage exceeded my expectations. exceptional service, perfect location, and the best shower. the view from my room was beautiful, even though it was a bit noisy with the window open. overall, a great restful experience.

One small thing was missing. no lime for my drink.

Wifi not included in room rate. I find that the luxury hotels do not provide free wifi and the three and four star hotels do. It seems petty.

This place is simple but has good facilities, and the staff here are very professional. The room is a decent size and comes with a nice view. I felt really comfortable during my stay 😊.

It has poor services,the staff is not responsive,you have to wait 30 minutes in front of the reception because one guy is drinking his coffee and another is a newbie and does not know how to serve the clients. Only the position of the hotel is nice,the services are bad and the smoking rooms have a very strange smell.They are cleaned but not odorized.
